### WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR ON-SITE TACO CATERING?

Our standard taco package includes carne asada, al pastor, chicken, rice, beans, red and green salsa, guacamole sauce, onions, cilantro, radishes, cucumbers, lemon wedges, grilled jalapeños, aguas frescas, cups, plates, forks, and napkins. We cook fresh at your event and provide two hours of service.

### WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER?

We cater birthdays, weddings, quinceañeras, graduations, backyard parties, corporate lunches, school functions, memorials, employee appreciation events, and other special occasions.

### WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Up In Smoke Catering is based in Indio, California. We serve events throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, and nearby communities.

### WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR CATERING?

Our standard catering minimum is 50 guests. We also offer convenient drop-off packages for smaller birthdays, family gatherings, workplace lunches, and other events.

### HOW DO I RESERVE MY EVENT DATE?

Send us your event date, location, estimated guest count, serving time, and the catering package you’re interested in. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are reserved after the contract and required deposit are completed.
